Not ready to buy yet? I can help you find a home to lease. In leasing, the landlord pays the agent, so my help is free to you. We find your place, fill out the paperwork, and the landlord will normally get back to you within 3 business days. Some landlord’s require the deposit with the application-most deposit’s are equal to one month’s rent- and some landlord’s want to look at your application first before requiring deposit. So know that you will need approximately 2 month’s rent up front. If you have pets, pet deposit will also be required. I can also help you if you are using Section 8.
